Crosfields Tigers under sevens football team
CROSFIELDS are celebrating success at under sevens level.
Two new teams, Crosfields Tigers and Crosfields Cheetahs, contested a summer tournament.
After third and fourth placed finishes in groups, Tigers edged Cheetahs on penalties in the semi finals before going on to win the Bradweld Trophy at the Swinton Football Club event.
A club spokesman said: “All players played well, were well behaved and smiled throughout the day. It was a great start to our season.”
