Warrington men’s seconds battled back from a goal down to win 2-1 against West Derby thirds thanks to a short corner goal from Mark Hooper to pull back level and Ash Karanje scored from the bench with the winner.
WARRINGTON women’s seconds continued with their push for promotion with another convincing 5-0 win against Alderley Edge sixth.
Abi Hynes scored a hat-trick with Jess Palmer and Becky Mitchell also both adding one each to the tally.
Player-of-match Jen Herst ensured a clean sheet with a flurry of saves.
The women’s firsts encountered a 2-1 defeat in a first against second table clash, with Steph Rawlins scoring the second half goal.
Carrie Wright kept the team in with goal line defensive and last man tackles.
