A Warrington golfer is celebrating after making a hole-in-one.
Robert Davidson scored his ace on the 148-yard, par-three 13th at Warrington Golf Club.
The 69-year-old nine-handicapper was rewarded with membership of the exclusive BOSS Watches H1Club and a specially-commissioned, commemorative timepiece.
He said: "I was playing in the senior spring cup and was having a good round. The wind was from left to right and slightly against so I used a seven-iron where I would usually use my eight-iron.
"I took a nice easy swing and the ball covered the pin all the way, took one bounce and went straight in.
“I've been playing golf 42 years and this is my first hole-in-one. It really made my day and after the round I bought everyone a drink."
