Lymm 2nd 4 Golborne 1
LYMM came from a goal down to beat Golborne 4-1 on Saturday.
The visitors caught Lymm off-guard and opened the scoring early on, before the home side fought back with a double from Alison Fearn putting her side 2-1 in front at half time.
Lymm stepped up their game again in the second half, taking control before captain Katy Arber converted a penalty corner after a well-worked set-piece.
The final goal came from Ellie Anderson who, having worked hard up-front and gained three penalty corners for the home side, was then rewarded with the last touch after a deflected short corner piece.
