SIX of Latchford Albion's junior talents have been promoted into Warrington Wolves' under 19s squad in ground-breaking style for the 2015 campaign.

Centres Jack Fox and Charlie Phythian, scrum half Harry Reardon, stand off Reece Brunt, hooker George Moore and loose forward Nathan Ainsworth have all progressed through the club’s ranks since being involved from a young age.

They all played their amateur rugby with Latchford Albion under coach Dave Appleby before impressing when representing Wolves' under 16s Academy team.

Player performance manager Phil Jones said: “It is brilliant to be able to announce the signings of these young players from Latchford Albion.

"The coaches at Latchford have done great work with the lads to support them in reaching the under 19s Academy and shows the ongoing quality of community rugby league in Warrington.

"This is the most players that we have signed from one community club and shows how the strength of the game within Warrington is growing.

"We would also like to recognise the fantastic representative achievements of these players as Jack, Charlie and George all represented England under 16s this year, and Reece and Nathan played for Wales under 16s.

"It is a great honour to represent your country at any level and these junior internationals will add to the others we have signed and developed in the under 19s.”
