Latchford Albion 48 Blackbrook A 32
LATCHFORD secured a valuable win with only 12 men at Blackbrook in the North West Men’s League Division Two on Saturday.
Albion travelled to Blackbrook short of numbers but went 12-0 up inside five minutes through Cameron Davies and Dave Levenson.
The home side hit back with a try of their own before Davies and Levenson doubled their tallies and saw Lee Smith add his name to the score sheet with a 70-yard sprint.
Blackbrook came out eager to make a game of it in the second half but further tries for Craig Woolvine, Davies, Smith, and Wightman secured the victory for 12-man Latchford.
Latchford: Wightman, Bradley, Davies, Rowlinson, Storer, Dobson, Smith, Woolvine, Fleming, Levenston, Skidmore, Clarke.
