St Elphins extend lead
ST Elphins scored a 195-148 victory over second-placed Stockton Heath No3 to lead the way in the Warrington Public Parks League.
Top winners were Keith Lee and Mike Culleton, both with 21-7, while Tim Kenyon replied with a 21-13 card.
Victoria stay third after suffering a 184-181 defeat to Stockton Heath, John Corless, 21-11, and Colin Hart, 21-12, were the top winners. Geoff Hughes replied with a 21-10 card.
Penketh Park recorded a 181-177 victory over Victoria New Town, the best wins came from John Garratt Snr, 21-8, and Dave Molyneux, 21-10, while Colin Stanton and Bob Lee shared the New Town sweep with 21-14 cards.
