Joey Dunn
WARRINGTON Town have parted company with manager Joey Dunn and his assistant Stuart Humphreys with immediate effect.
Dunn, the Evo-Stik First Division North manager of the month for February, only lost their unbeaten start to 2012 in a 2-0 defeat at high-flying Curzon Ashton on March 10.
Town chief executive Rich Sutton said: "These decisions are never easy, particularly when it involves a popular former player such as Joey.
"On behalf of the board we would like to thank Joey and Stuart for their efforts over the last three seasons."
Operations director Toby Macormac has been put in temporary charge of player affairs.
The club will be looking to appoint a new management team in the near future and are open to any applications of interest.
Applications including a CV and covering letter can be sent to Gary Skentelbery, Chairman of WTFC, PO Box 1159, Warrington, WA4 2RS. Closing date is March 27.
