A WELCOME six-point haul against Evo-Stik Division One North strugglers Goole Town and Prescot Cables restored Warrington Town's promotion quest to its early promise, reversing much of their recent decline to move them up to ninth in the table.
Away trips to Radcliffe Borough on Saturday, kick off 3pm, and fifth-placed Ramsbottom United on Tuesday, kick off 7.45pm, may well prove to be a tougher test of Town's new-found scoring form, but another victory - particularly against fellow promotion-chasers Ramsbottom - would be hugely beneficial in their perennial push for the Premier Division.
