LONGFORD footballer Jesse Lingard ticked off another milestone in his career on Friday by scoring his first international goal.
The Manchester United midfielder, who first played the game at junior club Penketh United, scored England's winner in their 1-0 friendly victory over Holland.
Linagrd's goal just before the hour mark was enough to secure a confidence-boosting win for Gareth Southgate's side in Amsterdam.
