WARRINGTON Town hit the road again today as they look to continue their unbeaten start to the new Evo-Stik Premier Division table at Coalville Town.

In the embryonic league table, Yellows are currently fourth having accrued four points from their first two games.

Only a stoppage-time equaliser from Lancaster’s Gavin Clark prevented them from going into the weekend with a 100 per cent record, forcing Paul Carden’s side to settle for a 2-2 draw on Tuesday night.

TEAM NEWS:

THERE are no new injury problems for Carden to contend with ahead of the trip to Leicestershire.

Adam Carden, the manager’s brother, dropped to the bench at Lancaster with a slight hamstring complaint, with Blackpool loanee Caleb Richards having a fine game in his place at right-back.

Ged Kinsella (back), Shaun Beeley and Jack Higgins (both knee) are all still out.

A LOOK AT THE OPPOSITION:

BY contrast to Yellows’ solid start, Coalville are yet to get off the mark in terms of points.

A 1-0 defeat to Stourbridge on Tuesday came after they kicked off the season with a 3-1 defeat at Farsley Celtic.

Their home record was among the worst in the division last year, winning only seven of their games at the Cruickshank Solicitors Stadium.

Only Ilkeston and Skelmersdale, the league’s bottom two, won fewer home games than Coalville last season.

LAST MEETING:

Saturday, February 25, 2017:

Warrington Town 2 Coalville Town 1

RUBEN Jerome scored twice in the last 10 minutes to secure a dramatic comeback win for Warrington in the sides’ last meeting.

Yellows had trailed for much of the game after Rory Coleman had given the Ravens the lead after just nine minutes at Cantilever Park.

However, not long after coming off the bench, Jerome slotted home Scott Harries’ pull-back for the equaliser before curling in a sublime 87th-minute winner from distance.

This was the Yellows team that day:

Tony McMillan, Adam Carden, Josh Askew, Danny Ventre (Scott Harries), Jay McCarten, Evan Gumbs, Sean Williams, Billy Smart, Dan Hattersley, Connor McCarthy (Ruben Jerome), Michael Monaghan (Dylan Vassallo). Subs not used: John Shaw, Lewis Codling.
