RYLANDS FC under 11s coach Dave Ansell passed the FA Youth Module Three award at St George’s Park, the UK’s National Football Centre in Burton-upon-Trent.
On the Nike Partner Club funded weekend Ansell watched professionals, learning new and different coaching methods, before having the opportunity to deliver his own session which was moderated by coaches and tutors employed by The FA.
There was also a theory element to the course where Ansell completed sessions educating him about planning, coaching methods and development of both teams and individuals.
Ansell said: “ I look forward to implementing the new skills I have learnt within not just my under 11s, but also throughout the whole junior section.”
Rylands under 11s train on Wednesdays at University Academy Warrington in Padgate between 6pm and 7pm.
