WARRINGTON Town captain and striker Ciaran Kilheeney is officially top dog in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One North.
Kilheeney, who led the Yellows to the title and promotion, was crowned the Division One North player of the year at the league’s end-of-season awards event in Barnsley on Sunday night.
He was named in the division’s team of the year, along with clubmates Karl Wills and Jay McCarten.
Kilheeney, who finished third in the fans' player of the year vote, is the division's leading goal scorer with 36 goals.
Leeds United manager Steve Evans presented the awards.
