WINWICK claimed a vital three points in their fight for survival in Warrington and District Football League Division Two.
They were 3-0 ahead within 15 minutes against Blackbrook Reserves and it proved to be enough.
Dan Cunningham scored twice and Toias Robinson headed home from a Rob Quillian free kick in a 3-1 success.
In Division Three, bottom side Eagle fell 4-2 at Halton Borough Reserves.
A 20-yard wonder volley from player manager Chris Rodger had made it 1-1 but Eagle were three goals adrift before captain Scott James netted Eagle's second.
