Moore slump to West Didsbury defeat
MOORE United fell to a 4-2 defeat against West Didsbury and Chorlton reserves in League Two.
West Didsbury took the lead in the 17th minute, but moments later Moore levelled when Joe Holt curled into the top corner from outside the box.
John Darbyshire netted for Moore after they went 2-1 behind but their opponents stuck twice more.
In the Reserve League Cup Group Three, a first-half goal from Tom Smith helped Moore United to a 1-0 win over leaders Wythenshawe Town, who remain seven points clear in pole position.
