A GATESHEAD pub is inviting Warrington Town fans in for a post-match drink on Sunday – even if the Yellows produce another FA Cup giant-killing.
Shaun Reid’s men are gearing up to take on Gateshead in the second round, with over 1100 fans set to make the journey to the north east.
If the club can again do the unthinkable yet again and notch up a famous victory, post-match celebrations are a certainty, with the Black Horse Inn a possible destination.
“It is a nice, friendly pub that we have here and want the Warrington Town fans to come in,” said Andrea Gibson, a member of the bar staff.
“We are happy for them to come in even if Gateshead lose.”
The pub stands just 10 minutes away from the Gateshead International Stadium – the scene of Town’s crunch clash which will kick-off at noon.
