Linotype Cheadle 0 Rylands 2
TWO goals against the run of play sealed a tough away win for Rylands.
The home side started well and Rylands ‘keeper Andy Moor was called into action in the opening minutes to keep out a Linotype attack.
But it was Rylands who took the lead thanks to James Daniels in the 16th minute after a superb through ball from Liam Hayes.
Hayes was involved again soon after when his free-kick was saved into the path of James Parr who doubled the lead from close range.
“I thought the lads worked really well” said Dave Parr, Rylands boss.
“The whole team defended well again and we looked dangerous on the counter attack and scored two well taken goals.”
Rylands: Moor, Parr, Brown, Prescott, Tebb, J. Sinker (Smith), Hayes, Slater, Lowe (Rodgers) Duffy, Daniels.
