FIFE Rangers and Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds will contest the Guardian Cup Final in May.
Both teams came through dramatic semi finals on Saturday.
Warrington and District Football League Division One side Fife won 4-2 on penalties at Grange Avenue after the game had ended 1-1.
Guardian Cup holders Greenalls, of the Cheshire Football League top flight, survived a late penalty against Eagle Sports to go through 2-1.
Waldron blasted the spot kick over the crossbar, with the strikes from Robbie Hanley and Neil Sutch proving to be enough.
The final will be staged at Warrington Town's ground on May 5 at 11am.
