Four goals after the break seal latest success for Dave Bush’s men in promising start to the season

GREENALLS Padgate St Oswalds made it three wins from four outings after Saturday’s success in Cheshire League Division One at slow-starting Denton.
They scored four unanswered goals after the interval, Craig Hoyland bagging two of them.
The visitors had been lacklustre in the first half, a rare mistake from skipper Lee Hughes gifting a home team forward a simple path to goal for the opener.
Paul Benns levelled matters before the break, a jinking run taking past three challengers before he fired into the top corner.
A change had to be made at half time when veteran left back Gareth Johns was forced off with a recurring knee injury, replaced by Adam Jones.
Greenalls dominated the second half, and should have score more goals than the five they managed.
Hughes made amends for his earlier error with the Warrington outfit’s second before the brace from Hoyland - one a thunderous strike from 20-yards and the other a neat finish following fine approach play from Lee Vaughan.
The fifth was taken superbly by another substitute, Ben McWilliams.
Greenalls: Kiernan (GK), Hardman, Dobson, Johns, Hynes, Benns, Hughes, Topping, Glendinning, Vaughan, Hoyland. Subs used: Barnett, Jones, McWilliams.
