Late penalty hands Daten victory over Moore

DATEN got on top in the first half of Wednesday night's clash in Culcheth.
Moore started game slowly and seemed second best for much of the first half.
Daten seemed to win most of the loose ball without much pressure.
The opening goal came from a Daten free-kick which was deflected home but should have easily been dealt with but Moore persisted and equalised following a reverse pass from Taylor that allowed Sean Willott to round the keeper.
Daten restored their one-goal advantage before the break and made it 3-1 with a goal contested by Moore as being offside.
United made changes and began to increase pressure and gain confidence.
On 75 minutes it paid dividends with a Gallagher free-kick off the back post tapped home by Lee Willott.
Then on 89 minutes a great move and squared cross by Edwards allowed Gallagher to drill home, making it 3-3.
Moore had their tails up and thought they had won it two minutes into added time when a perfect through ball allowed Taylor to drive home, but the referee blew for another tight offside decision.
Moments later a lapse in concentration allowed Daten to counter attack.
Ste Boden was deemed to have fouled inside the box and Daten snatched the win.
