WOLVES’ players and staff will enjoy a change of scenery and sport on Wednesday as they don their whites and strap up their pads for a game of cricket.
The whole first team squad, as well as the coaches and mascot Wolfie will be at Grappenhall Cricket Club on Wednesday afternoon, August 10, for a 6-a-side cricket competition.
The players will be split up into two teams, with the coaches and a Grappenhall under 19s side making up the other outfits for three games, two semi-finals and a final, of five overs per side.
The first game will start at 4pm and entry is free for people wanting to come down and meet their rugby heroes.
