KYLE Adams claimed seven wickets as Warrington won by nine wickets in the Cheshire County Division Two on Saturday after bowling Bredbury SM out for 62.
Adams, 7 for 25, was almost unplayable and had the home side back in the shed for only 62 runs with support bowling from Ashley Scholes, 1 for 21, Brad McIntosh, 1 for 13, and Chia Gadippalli, 1 for no runs.
Warrington openers Chris Kirby, 19, and skipper Richard Heaney, 33 not out, set about the Bredbuy bowling adding a quick 46 for the first wicket before Andy Kirby, 10 not out, stayed with his captain to give Warrington a nine-wicket victory.
Warrington seconds beat Bredbury seconds by eight wickets in the Second XI Division One.
Bredbury closed their 50-over innings on 165 for 8 before Warrington reached the target in the 28th over.
