Woolston Rovers under eights in their new kit
HAVING found sponsorships worth £200, Woolston Rovers under eights rugby league team were struggling to raise the rest of the money needed for a new kit.
The young players took the matter into their own hands and raised the remaining £450 themselves by completing a sponsored run.
This weekend they proudly played in their new kit for the first time.
