Hindpool Tigers 46 Latchford Albion 14
A POOR start proved fatal for Latchford Albion as they made the long trip to Cumbria on Saturday.
The hosts had racked up 24 unanswered points before Chris Griffiths’ length-of-the-field effort and a further try from Adam Wadsworth got them on the board.
However, the impressive Tigers stretched away again to extinguish any faint hopes of an Albion comeback, with Carwyn Chamberlain’s late try merely a consolation.
Albion host Rochdale Mayfield A on Saturday, kick off 2.30pm.
