THE turn of the year will see Woolston Rovers’ players return to pre-season training.
Rovers’ open age and under 18s players commence preparations for the 2018 campaign on Tuesday, January 2.
The first session is on the all-weather pitch at University Academy Warrington (Padgate High School) and begins at 7pm. Past, current and new players are welcome.
John Fieldhouse will continue his role as head coach as Rovers make another attempt at promotion from National Conference League Division Three, while Andy Penny will lead the ‘A’ side in North West Men’s League Division Three.

Meanwhile, the open age and under 18s AGM takes place at 12pm on Saturday, January 13, at Monks Sports Club, followed by registration for the coming season.
