Latchford Albion make it six wins from seven games with victory over Heysham Atoms

LATCHFORD Albion continued their impressive form by seeing off Heysham on Saturday.

Albion ran in seven tries at Victoria Park, including two for Luke Hickman Joe Clarke, Damian Lyon, Adam Wadsworth, Chris Griffiths and Owen Nugent also got over the try line for Lee Smith’s side.

George Briggs weighed in with three goals for the hosts, who have now won six of their past seven league games.

Albion are back in action on Saturday as they travel to face Thatto Heath Crusaders A, kick off 2.30pm.

DESPITE two tries from Joe Oakes and three goals from Chris Johnson, Latchford’s Alliance team slipped to defeat.

Tom Duncan and Phil O’Brien also crossed for Latchford.
