LATCHFORD face a Warrington Cup semi final clash with Rylands on Friday.

Kick off is 7pm at Victoria Park.

Head coach Lee Smith is calling for an '80-minute' performance from his side, who beat Wigan St Judes on Saturday.

He said: "The team are ready for the test ahead.

"If we get our strongest team and we get to our structures more consistently then we will be there or thereabouts on Friday.

"We have yet to put an 80-minute performance in all season and we will be working hard in training this week in preparation”

Latchford got back to winning ways against St Judes on Saturday.

Albion were soon 8-0 down but captain Danny Brown got the visitors on the scoreboard when he supported a break by Martin Whitehead, with the impressive Luke Hickman converting.

Latchford took the lead when great hands freed Connor Muir, who outpaced the covering defence. Hickman again converting.

A Judes penalty on the stroke of half time left the score at 10-12 Latchford crossed early in the second half when a break by Liam Kennedy was supported by Tom Crosby, who squeezed in wide out.

And when skipper Brown twisted his way over from close range, Hickman again converting, the 22-10 victory was Latchford's.
