RYLANDS A are new leaders in Division Two of the Warrington Snooker League after they ended the unbeaten record of Richmonds B with a 6-1 win.

Walkers A are in second after they won the derby game with Walkers B 5-2, while Rylands B drop to fourth after they also lost their unbeaten record with a 5-2 defeat at GESM B.

Penketh Tavern B lead Division Three after a 7-0 whitewash of Kings Club C, but Woolston B maintained their unbeaten record in second when a 36-break from Ray Bate helped them to a 4-3 win at Kings Club A.

Richmonds A are the new leaders in Division One after a 6-1 win over Roosters C.

The game of the night came at Irlam Cons, where Paul Oliver had breaks of 39 and 32 and James Short had breaks of 37 and 35 for the home team only for them to be bettered Martin Smith, who had a 60 break for GESM A as they won a terrific game 4-3.
