Warrington’s under 11s
LOSING finalists last year, Warrington Rugby Club's under 11s went one better to win the Land Rover Trophy at the Manchester Festival.
After beating Stockport, New Brighton and Lymm in the group stages, the boys booked a return to the final with a convincing defeat of Preston Grasshoppers in the last four.
They then strolled to a 15-0 win in the competition final.
Benny Carne was the team’s top try scorer with six.
