WALKERS A are the early leaders in Warrington Snooker League Division Two after beating Woolston C 5-2.
In the derby game between Rylands’ A and B teams, John Turnbull from the B team potted two of the last three colours to win his frame and the aggregate for a 4-3 win.
Eagle Sports merit a mention in Division Three, having bounced back from a heavy first defeat to beat Deaf Social B 5-2.
The big game in Division One was between Irlam Cons and Earlestown Cons, with Warren McDougall having a 50 break and Dave Rawlinson a 33 break to help Irlam win 5-2.
A 46 break from Dean Little helped Alford A win their local derby with Alford D 6-1.
