Warriors shine in national gala

FIVE Warriors of Warrington swimmers represented the club in the British Gas ASA National Youth and Senior Championships in Sheffield.
Rebecca Pye, aged 14, achieved personal bests in the 200m and 100m backstroke.
Aisha Thornton, aged 17, finished fifth in the 1,500m freestyle and seventh in the same stroke over 800m.
Also competing were 15-year-old Sophie Long and 14-year-old Caitlin McNicolas in the 100m breaststroke, where they both achieved personal best times at their first national event.
Edward Shattock, aged 17, took part in the 1,500m freestyle.
