BURTONWOOD lifted the Warrington GW Gas Services Cup thanks to defeating Woolston in a pulsating final.
The Premier Division Burtonwood side, contesting their fourth final in four years, fielded a strong side, with five of their players having signed for Warrington.
However, Division One team Rovers took a 10-6 led with tries from Nathan Robinson and Adam Files.
The intensity and speed of the game took its toll on Woolston and Burtonwood took control, inspired by player of the match Rhys Evans.
