ADRIAN Morley branded his red card at Knowsley Road as harsh.
He told Warrington Guardian: "It was a hugely disappointing game, not only the result but the fact that I got red-carded. It was a terrible night really.
"I've not seen the incident on tape but I don't think it was a sending off offence, maybe a penalty.
"My initial reaction was it was a bit of a harsh decision."
Morley's first dismissal of his Wolves career came when Wolves were trailing by 12 points with 11 minutes to go.
Paul Wellens was able to stretch the lead to 14 points with the subsequent penalty goal from in front of the sticks, leaving Wolves with no hope of completing a recovery.
Morley will appear before a Rugby Football League hearing on Tuesday to decide whether he was guilty or not.
Any ban would rule him out of Wolves' final league game of the season against relegated Salford City Reds at The Willows on Friday.
