STEVE Price looks set to choose between Mitch Brown and Ben Pomeroy to play in The Wire's left centre spot against Hull FC tomorrow night.

With Bryson Goodwin stood down to comply with concussion protocol, both Brown and Pomeroy are included in Wolves' 19-man squad.

Pomeroy could make his second debut for the club after rejoining on May 2, having featured four times in 2017.

Brown has played six games on the wing this year, but played in the centres during pre-season.

"It’s been a good few weeks for Pom as well to get himself familiar with the players again, as well as the new systems," Price said.

"Pom is in consideration, as is Mitch Brown who was doing a really, really good job a few weeks ago.

"He’s been banging on the door and he’s been doing some good things in training, so he’s very close."

Another option is to move Harvey Livett from the second row to centre, but Price may want to avoid causing more disruption to a pack which is already without Mike Cooper, Dom Crosby and Sitaleki Akauola this week, as well as long-term absentee Ben Currie.
