How fans are reacting to Harvey Livett's new deal

“There’s much more improvement and growth in Harvey Livett as a rugby league player and I am excited that he’s stayed loyal,” Wire head coach Steve Price said.

“I’ve been pleased with Harvey since he came into the playing group after the unfortunate injury to Ben Currie.

“As everyone saw he had a great game against Leeds but the challenge now is to be consistent and become a regular first-team player.

“He didn’t want to go anywhere else. He’s a local junior and he loves playing for the Warrington Wolves.”

Livett, a former Rylands Sharks junior, has shone in the second row this year having filled the void left by Ben Currie’s season-ending injury and has crossed for eight tries in 2018 so far.

His overall record since breaking into the team last year is an impressive one, with his 22 first-team appearances yielding 13 tries and 25 goals.
