SEVEN Warrington Athletics Club members were in action at the British Milers Club regional races in Trafford on Tuesday night.
Jack Wadsworth was second in his 800m race – clocking 2mins 6.86secs – while fellow under 20s athlete Charlie Turnbull was just behind him in third on his track debut.
In the same age group, Amy Nuttall stopped the clock at 2mins 37.66 in her 800m, which was good enough for sixth place.
The 1500m series saw Lauren Ferris finish 10th in 4mins 53.59secs, while Chris Fance was 11th in his race with a time of 4mins 17.92secs.
Under 20s runner Daniel Fox set a new 3000m personal best of 9mins 7.52secs to finish 20th in a race that clubmate Pablo Artime had to drop out of due to cramp.
