KART racer Paul Platt was on form for the first races of the BARC Club Championship season at Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire at the weekend.
He qualified in pole position for the first race, which he won, and finished second on the next outing.
In Sunday’s race he led home by nearly four seconds.
“It was really great to get two wins and a second place in the first races of the season,” he said.
“I have valuable points in the championship but there is a very long way to go and looking at the opposition it’s going to be a strongly contested championship.”
