JACK Johnson will be sidelined for the rest of the season after suffering a horrific injury in Wolves training, the club have confirmed.
The Wire announced that full-back Johnson, 21, snapped his tibia and fibula during Tuesday’s training session.
Johnson will have an operation today, Wednesday, and says his injury is "part of the brutal sport we play."
In a tweet posted this morning, Johnson also said he will be back "stronger than ever" in 2019.
