FORMER Warrington Wolves half back Chris Sandow has been fined £180 for his part in a street brawl in Australia.
The 27-year-old, who walked away from his contract with the Wire in November, was videoed fighting on the streets of his hometown of Cherbourg, Queensland on New Year's Day.
He admitted a public nuisance charge at Murgon Magistrates Court on Tuesday and was fined £180.
Sandow avoided a criminal conviction after magistrate Andrew Hackett requested that he become a community spokesman against violence in Cherbourg.
