CATALANS Dragons seem to have finally struck up the right balance to allow them to mix it at the top of Super League.

They have threatened for years, but they have historically struggled to back up their imperious home form on their travels.

Now, they finally seem to have found the formula to playing away from home with only three defeats on English soil so far.

At home, they remain almost invincible with the hostile atmosphere at the Stade Gilbert Brutus helping them to eight wins from a possible ten in Perpignan.

Wolves were the last team to beat the Dragons on home soil in March and Laurent Frayssinous’ men will be desperate to avenge that loss and stretch their lead over The Wire to four points.

Part of the Dragons’ form can be put down to an impressive off-season recruitment drive, with the likes of Dave Taylor, Pat Richards and former Wire half-back Richie Myler impressing since arriving in France.

Myler, Taylor and another former Wolves man, Louis Anderson, will miss the game through injury, joining a lengthy injury list that includes Paul Aiton, Willie Mason and Krisnan Inu.
