DAMIAN Morrison was a winner three times over as Warrington and North Cheshire Bowls Association’s season was wrapped up with finals day at Monk Sports Club.
Morrison took centre stage as he won the Cunningham Cup Final 21-16 against King and Queen teammate Ray Goodhand.
In the semi finals he had overcome Dave Penketh 21-11, while Goodhand defeated Charlie Bebbington 21-13.
Then, partnered by Steve Jackson, Morrison won the 31-up Pairs Final 31-26 against Alford Hall’s John Green and Cav Clancy.
In the final event of the day Morrison defeated GESM’s John Davies 21-9 to pick up the player of the year trophy.

St Albans won the play-off decider 11-8 to take the trophy.
Woolston A defeated Penketh Tavern 21-2 to win the Chadwick Trophy, while Keith Lee beat Jimmy Sutcliffe 21-12 to take the Parks’ player of the year award.
