RYLANDS Tiger Sharks under nines travelled to Golborne on Saturday and came away winners, and then the under 11s did the same at Leigh Miners Rangers on Sunday.
With a number of players away on holiday, the Tiger Sharks called on some extra recruits from the under eights, and the team went through the day unbeaten, winning three games and drawing one to be crowned overall winners.
Harlie Barlow, Thomas Ashurst, Jamie Shallcross, Ciaran Card, Ollie Garmston and Alfie Leyland all crossed for tries for the Sharks.
Player of the tournament was shared by Jamie Shallcross who finished top try scorer with five and Thomas Ashurst who racked up an impressive 34 tackles.

Twenty-four hours later the under 11s produced a similar unbeaten effort, winning five and drawing three of their games to be crowned winners at Leigh.
Tries were scored by Dylan Rowe, Liam Argent, Leon Hayes, Dylan Alcock, Danny Woods and Bayley Colledge.
