A DOMINANT second-half performance boosted Latchford's promotion hopes as they saw off rivals Wigan Spring View.
Trailing by six points at the break, Latchford responded with tries from Byron, Liam Kennedy Jamie Birchall, Sam Dobson and Drew Bradley, with Lewis Wightman adding the extras.
Latchford had kept the score close in the first half with a series of 15 tackles denying the hosts.
Dave Levenson levelled soon after, but after debutant Jones set up fellow prop Damian Lyon for another Lacthford score the visitors soon fell behind again But Latchford's second-half rally saw them leave with the points.
Cain Hillen was man of the match.
