WIDNES Vikings will open two stands for Warrington Wolves fans in what is being billed as a 'family night out' when the sides meet on Thursday, April 2.
Vikings said: "The Easter derby is a massive fixture for both clubs.
"The new Super League structure has certainly lived up to its ‘every minute matters’ strapline so far this year. With pressure on the teams to perform in every game, the match on April 2 could well be the most important derby that the two sides have ever contested.
"Widnes Vikings would like to invite Warrington Wolves supporters to come and enjoy the fantastic match day atmosphere at the Select Security Stadium.
"Due to phenomenal demand for match tickets Widnes Vikings will open both the East and West stands for Warrington Wolves supporters.
"In addition to an action-packed 80 minutes on the i-Pitch, the Vikings are planning a superb array of entertainment in and around the stadium.
"Kick-off the Easter break in fantastic fashion with a brilliant night out for all the family.
"Get to the stadium early to enjoy free face painting, balloon artists, entertainers and character appearances from favourites including Frozen, Despicable Me, Turtles and many more.
"There will also be chance to meet the Motorpoint Pit Girls who will be in attendance on the night with free giveaways for supporters."
Tickets are available from warringtonwolves.com and from the Wolves’ ticket hotline on 08448 111176
