CHRIS Hill has been pinpointing Wolves’ date with NRL outfit St George Illawarra Dragons since before the season started.

Warrington host the 2011 World Club Challenge winners as the first of a new three-game series on Friday at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, kick off 8pm.

And Hill is impressed with the new concept, that will also see Wigan host Brisbane Broncos on Saturday and culminate in the World Club Champions decider between St Helens and South Sydney Rabbitohs on Sunday.

“We’re pinpointing the game a bit like a final and we need to do a job on them," said Wolves' vice-captain.

“It’s a great concept. People have pushed it and I think it’ll make the competition a whole lot better.

“The Dragons obviously didn’t do as well as they should have probably last year in the NRL (finishing 11th), but they’ve made a few good signings."

The prop also believes the World Club Series can grow into a pivotal part of the calendar.

He added: “Massively, maybe not more than the three games but over the weekend again or stage it at one venue perhaps.

“It’s definitely something we can grow.”
