GRAPPENHALL thirds failed to bowl out the opposition and were forced to accept a draw when they travelled to Toft in a Third XI Sunday Premier Division relegation battle on Sunday.
The visitors reached 161 for 5 in their 45 overs with 13-year-old Arthur Pennington making 38 before his brother Albert claimed a half-century.
Toft never looked like chasing down the target and soon settled for the draw, finishing on 115 for 7.
