WARRINGTON sports car racer Martin Richardson has moved to first in class in the Historic Sports Car Club Guards’ Trophy after two excellent results at Brands Hatch and Croft.
Richardson finished second in his class at Brands Hatch in Kent in the HSCC Super Prix on Saturday July, 19, before travelling to Croft on Saturday.
The Warrington racer finished first in class at Croft, having taken an early lead and held on while higher class cars such as the Jaguar E Type and Lotus Elan, struggled on the wet circuit.
The next round will be held at Oulton Park on Saturday, August 23.
