AN influential player is missing from the 19-man squad named by Tony Smith for Warrington Wolves' visit to Widnes Vikings on Friday night.

Leading try scorer Joel Monaghan, who crossed four times in the 72-12 win against London Broncos on Sunday, is not named.

But Ryan Atkins and Stefan Ratchford, neither of whom figured against the club from the capital, are in the mix to cover his absence in the centres.
