Latchford slip up at league leaders

LATCHFORD came up short at new league leaders Leigh Miners in the North West Men’s League Division Two on Saturday.
Latchford were 16-10 down at half time with the away side’s tries coming from Craig Middlemore and Joe Clarke, with Sam Dobson converting.
They were always just behind and despite tries from Danny Brown and Lewis Wightman they could not get the win.
