BRIDGEWATER High School year 10 basketball team won the national championships for the second year in a row.

The team are now unbeaten in two years after winning the competition Semi Final and Final in London on Sunday, May 11, and are now aiming for a third consecutive win in their last school year.

The Bridgewater team beat St Bonaventureメs School 85-78 after the game went to over time.

The year 10メs then faced Greig City Academy who had six teams representing the school in the competition.

Bridgewater went 25 points up in the first quarter but were pegged back to within eight points before they went on to win 94-83 and claim the title for the second time with an outstanding performance from Sam Wilson.
